Fun and easy activity for kids during MCO
Hi all. How is your movement control order (MCO) is going on? I know it's hard especially for parents with active kids. I have list of fine motor activities which are fun, easy and no prep required to do. These activities will increase the kids involvement in learning process at the same time, will help them in building up their fine motors.
'So, if you'll wondering what is fine motor activities. Well, fine motor activities are activities that kids need from birth till 8 years old which children continually acquire, refine and consolidate their motor functions and skills. So how you going to develop your kids fine motors? Very simple, just do these activities. Kids are very simple human beings. All they need is a simple push to learn big things.
So, here are the list of easy and fun fine motor activities.
1. Doing jigsaw puzzle
Jigsaw puzzle are great game to play no matter what age you are. It helps to build our brain nerve. As a child, it stimulate the brain to work to complete the puzzle.
This given jigsaw puzzle is require the kids to colour, then cut according to the line and solve the puzzles.

2. Playing with play-doh or kinetic sand
Playing with play doh or kinetic sand is a great way to get the fine motor working. You can order it in online and get it to your door steps! If you have struggle finding it, just email me. I will sort it out for you.
3. Painting and Drawing
Simple painting and drawing can do big things for your kids fine motor skills. Just provide them with some colours and papers and let them express themselves. Don't put any restriction! Kids express well under stress free situation.
4. Finger Painting
Yeah, you saw it right. Finger painting. Get a paper and paint. Let the paint smother over kids hands and let them paint. It's whole lot level of fun. They will truly enjoy it and if can, try to join your kids.
5. Pretend Play Cooking
For this one, you can either play cooking or get your kids into kitchen and teach them simple cooking skills that doesn't involve any knives. You may ask the to roll the flour or clean the vegetables. They will surely enjoy it. But make sure, they are working in a safe environment.
